Light Berry Frozen Yogurt [No Sugar Added, Diabetic Friendly]

Ingredients
2 cups frozen berries I used a berry blend
1 cup plain yogurt I used Brown Cow cream top
1/2 cup milk 1%
1 cup ice
4 droppers full vanilla liquid stevia
optional toppings: Whipped Cream chocolate chunks or chips, Homemade Magic Shell, chopped nuts
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or use thawed frozen berries to blend in a regular blender or food processor.
Once well Incorporated, add to an ice cream machine and follow instructions of manual.
Without an ice cream machine simply pour mixture into an air tight container, cover and freeze for 2-3 hours. Makes 24 ounces.
