Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/4 cup butter melted
4 eggs beaten
1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
In a bowl mix the flour, salt and dry seasonings.
Add melted butter.
Add eggs, work out the clumps.
Add fresh herbs and cheese and mix until combined.
Using a cookie scooper, scoop 10 mounds of batter onto baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes until golden brown.
