Mango Lassi is a healthy, sweet Indian fro yo smoothie made with fresh mango, greek yogurt and milk. I used fat free yogurt and milk to keep it light.
INGREDIENTS
1 mango, chopped
6 oz fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup fat free milk
1 1/2 tbsp sugar or honey
1 cup crushed ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
