INGREDIENTS
2 cups light canned coconut milk
3 tbsp honey
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze 1 hour. Insert the sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours more.
