3 tbsp. all-purpose flour

1. Preheat oven to 450 levels F (230 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a big bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Note: The recipe is unclear on whether or not or not you must use the whole biscuit or tear it into items. I even have suggested tearing into items as a result of it is more more doubtless to sop up the gravy and biscuit casserole and meat combination.
