– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon floor cumin

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

-1 avocado, ripe and peeled
-1/2 cup bitter cream
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
-1/4 cup lime juice
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
For the Sloppy Joes:
1. In a big skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat. Drain any extra grease.
2. Stir within the tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then cut back warmth and simmer for quarter-hour, or until the sauce has thickened.
3. Serve the sloppy Joe mixture on toasted hamburger buns with avocado slices and shredded cheese (optional).

Combine the avocado, bitter cream, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a meals processor or blender and blend until smooth. Taste and regulate seasonings as needed.
