Almond Flour Cookies with Chocolate Chips
Looking for a quick and easy cookie recipe? These almond flour cookies will please everybody from small to big who likes cookies and chocolate chips!
As I recently have a little time, I was browsing on the web a few days ago. In need of fresh, intriguing ideas, inspirational dishes that I have never used before, to amaze my loved ones with. Hunting for a while but could not find too many interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I found this tempting and easy treat simply by chance on Suncakemom. The dessert looked so scrumptious on its image, it required fast action.
It absolutely was not so difficult to imagine how it’s created, its taste and just how much my hubby will like it. Actually, it is quite simple to delight the guy in terms of puddings. Anyhow, I went to the site and used the simple instuctions that had been combined with nice pictures of the process. It really makes life much simpler. I can imagine that it’s a bit of a effort to take photos in the middle of baking in the kitchen as you typically have sticky hands so that i seriously appreciate the hard work she placed in to make this post .
With that in mind I am encouraged presenting my very own dishes in a similar fashion. Thanks for the thought.
I was tweaking the initial formula to make it for the taste of my family. Need to tell you it was a great outcome. They prized the flavor, the consistency and loved having a treat such as this during a hectic workweek. They ultimately demanded lots more, a lot more. Thus next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I am gonna multiply the volume .
This recipe is based on the almond flour cookies recipe from SunCakeMom
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and prepare tray with parchment paper.
Put bananas in a mixing bowl and mash them with the help of a fork.
Pour almond flour and eggs into the bowl as well.
Mix it with a wooden spoon or spatula until even.
Finally pour chocolate chips and mix carefully. Alternatively keep chocolate chips at the end to decorate the top.
Make little balls out of them and put them next to each other on the tray.
Flatten them out with the help of a fork.
Put tray in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
Take tray out and let cookies cool down, they might fall apart otherwise.
Store them in an airtight container for up to a week.
